The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

2. Source and Scope of Personal Data

Personal data are obtained directly from the data subject:

  • through booking and contact forms,
  • via email or telephone communication,
  • through the use of the website.

We process in particular the following data:

Booking and contact data:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • transportation booking details
  • message or inquiry content

Technical data:

  • IP address
  • cookie identifiers
  • device and browser information
  • website usage data

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • handling transportation bookings and service orders,
  • customer communication,
  • performance of contractual obligations,
  • customer records management,
  • compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax regulations),
  • protection of legal claims,
  • improving service quality and website security,
  • website traffic measurement,
  • evaluation of advertising performance,
  • remarketing and marketing campaign optimization.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data processing is based on:

  • performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures,
  • compliance with legal obligations,
  • legitimate interest of the Controller (security, legal protection, service improvement),
  • consent of the data subject (analytical and marketing cookies, advertising activities).

5. Processors and Recipients

Personal data may be processed by contractual partners of the Controller, in particular:

  • hosting and IT service providers,
  • booking system providers,
  • marketing and analytical platforms (e.g., Google, Meta),
  • accounting and administrative partners.

Data processing agreements have been concluded with all processors in accordance with GDPR.

6. Transfer to Third Countries

When using analytical and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel), personal data may be transferred to third countries, in particular to the United States.

Such transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR.

7. Analytical and Advertising Tools

The website uses:

  • Google Analytics (GA4),
  • Google Ads,
  • Meta Pixel,
  • Google Tag Manager.

Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies but is used to manage and deploy analytical and marketing tools.

Analytical and marketing tools are activated solely on the basis of user consent provided through the cookie banner.

8. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

Necessary cookies – ensure basic website functionality.
Analytical cookies – used to measure traffic and generate statistics.
Marketing cookies – used for advertising personalization and remarketing.

9. Data Retention Period

  • Accounting documents: 10 years
  • Booking and contractual data: during the contract period and the statutory limitation period (generally 5 years)
  • Inquiries: maximum 2 years
  • Marketing cookies: according to the specific tool settings (usually up to 24 months)

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Marketing profiling may occur for the purpose of displaying relevant advertisements.

No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on the data subject is carried out.

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
